Linda will meet you in person to take your measurements over your clothes with measurement tape. Measurements can also be taken using a virtual measuring app for additional convenience. The client profile is then created based on client’s preferences.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the fit or performance of your J.Hilburn custom purchase, we will provide you with a complimentary remake or alteration of the garment. In addition to remakes and alterations, garments can be returned for J.Hilburn Credit, refunds or exchanges subject to the policies.
